Enchanted Fang Caps of the Expectorating Tizheruk This is a Fleeting Item
The Enchanted Fang Caps of the Expectorating Tizheruk look like a loose pair of metal vampire teeth. They fit over two incisors and have to be put in by hand, facing the right way. Taking them off makes them vanish for good.
Fitted, they turn the two teeth into ripping, tearing chompers that the item's description says would impress even a self-hating goth. Bites in melee deal 50% more damage. Each one also has a 25% chance of poisoning the target and a 10% chance of paralyzing it, both at level five.
