Enchanted Crown of the Sepsis Whore

The Enchanted Crown of the Sepsis Whore is a small jeweled tiara, sized for a cat, set with smoky dark gems around a deep purple center stone in which clouds swirl as if the stone holds liquid. It is a Fleeting and Unique item. The crown raises both its wearer's Intelligence and the Good First Impression skill by 5 points each, and every attack, magical ones included, carries a 15% chance of the Sepsis debuff. Wearing it permanently puts the wearer in line for the throne of the Blood Sultanate, as one of its royals, and taking it off does not undo that. Its own description warns, twice, to read it before putting it on.
