Enchanted Anarchist's Battle Rattle
The Enchanted Anarchist's Battle Rattle is a sleeveless jacket that can be modified with Upgrade Patches.
Unadorned, the Battle Rattle offers only meager protection for an item of its caliber. Its worth lies in the patches, since it can host as many as will fit on it, and its own description counts it among the best and most upgradeable pieces of protective gear in the game.
Even the plain jacket adds 1 to every base stat, and that bonus rises by 1 for each compatible patch added. An eligible back patch doubles the benefit. The jacket also improves the range and accuracy of all thrown explosives by 50 percent.
