Earth Hobby Potion
The Earth Hobby Potion is an optional potion that grants a level three skill in an Earth-based hobby when drunk.
The Earth Hobby Potion's description cites the Indigenous Species Protection Act, subsection 1256-C, under which the Syndicate Government makes the reward mandatory. The same description then grumbles about lawyers making it put their wording in.
The skill it grants is picked at random, though never one the drinker already has. The description offers examples from both ends, useful ones like Parkour or Jui-jitsu and useless ones like Stamp Collecting or Kombucha Brewing, and warns against getting hopes up.
