Bopca

Bopca are magical, gnome-like creatures, and the Bopca Protectors among them exist for one purpose, which is to watch over Safe Rooms. They handle every chore there, from scrubbing the toilets to cooking the food, and the dungeon describes them as surly and smelly, with a habit of never washing their hands. They are Non-Combatant NPCs.

One example is Tally, a level 63 Bopca Protector who serves as caretaker of a saferoom. He is furry and barely taller than his counter, with brown hair that carries a faint green tinge and so much facial hair that only his black eyes and his bulbous, red-veined nose show. He smells faintly of wet moss, wears a blue apron, a paper hat and a nametag, and speaks loudly with a Slavic accent.
