The Blood Sultanate is a royal line on the ninth floor of the dungeon, headed by a Sultan.
The Blood Sultanate is a royal family with a Sultan at its head and a line of succession. Putting on the Enchanted Crown of the Sepsis Whore permanently places the wearer in that line, and taking the crown off does not undo it.
Membership is a grim prospect. Royal members of the Blood Sultanate are required to slay the Sultan and every other member of the royal family before they can descend any further. The crown's own description recommends it only for a bloodthirsty, raging psychopath.
