Margot Fenring
Lady Margot Fenring, was the Bene Gesserit wife of the Mentat Count Hasimir Fenring.
Margot Fenring leaves a coded message for Jessica in the conservatory of the great house on Arrakis, written onto a plant leaf. The message carries three warnings: Paul's bedroom contains death traps, Leto faces betrayal from a trusted lieutenant, and the Harkonnens plan to give Jessica as a gift to one of their subordinates. Jessica finds the leaf after the Atreides take up residence.
The warning is characteristic of how she works. Margot maintains emotional distance in her assessments, weighing breeding prospects and political advantage with calculated pragmatism. One Bene Gesserit aiding another against the Harkonnens costs her nothing and may earn much, and she delivers the aid in a form only a Sister could read.
She and her husband operate as a pair. The two coordinate their plans with careful deliberation, each move meant to advance the family's genetic and political interests. Where the Count applies a Mentat's calculation, Margot applies the Sisterhood's, and the message on the leaf is one product of that partnership.
