Count Hasimir Fenring, distaff cousin of House Corrino, the Emperor's closest friend, an Imperial agent and one of the deadliest men in the Imperium.
A distaff cousin of House Corrino, Count Hasimir Fenring is by every account the closest friend Padishah Emperor Shaddam Corrino IV has. He is also one of the deadliest fighters in the Imperium and a political tactician who speaks in layers, threading a threat through a courtesy so that both arrive together. Imperial business has taken him to Arrakis as the Emperor's agent, and he and his wife Margot kept the Residency at Arrakeen. He is a small man, ferretlike in the face, with overlarge dark eyes and grey at the temples.
