As Chief Assignment Proctor, Garimi is one of the sharpest internal critics the Bene Gesserit leadership has, and she is ultra-conservative even by the standards of her order. In council she presses whoever is proposing a plan on the operational logic of it, demanding to know how the thing would actually be done and who would do it, and she does not withdraw the question because of who she is asking.
