The Tet Corporation is a New York business organization that took shape on the twentieth-century American side.
The Tet Corporation is a New York business organization, founded in the twentieth century of our own world, with offices in Manhattan. Mid-World is not the whole of the setting: the Tower is the axis of all worlds, and events move between Roland's fallen world and the New York of the twentieth century, where companies, buildings, and city lots carry their own places. Tet belongs to that New York side of the world, a company of the city rather than of Mid-World.
