Travel is the whole of the calling.
A Worldsinger travels from kingdom to kingdom and tells the people there about the other kingdoms, so that no land stays wholly ignorant of the rest. Soldiers who hear that description file it under storyteller, which is not how Worldsingers understand themselves. They hold the calling to be a good deal more than that, and the word can land badly on one who has been kept away from the road.
