Voidbinding is a magic system that almost nobody understands. The Ars Arcanum sets it out in ten levels, much as it does Surgebinding, though whether those levels attach to the ten numbers and Essences the way Surgebinding's do is not known. The powers most commonly associated with it are prophecy and foresight, which the ardents hold to be a dark and evil business, denounced by the Heralds themselves.
