For Szeth, the End of All Things is what follows if the Shamanate erred in banishing him: the end of truth, a world where nothing makes sense, his oath emptied of meaning and every killing done for nothing. He weighs it while the souls of those he has murdered whisper from the shadows and scream whenever he shuts his eyes.
