Old Sullik keeps the bar at All's Alley in the city of Urithiru, a fat man in a takama. He will pour a jug of Horneater white and then, after watching three swigs go down, put the stopper back in against his customer's wishes. Pressed for information by a customer named Veil, he points her toward a few everyday, ordinary thugs and lets her know they are the ones he pays to keep his bar out of trouble. Then he sighs and pours her one more before she goes.
