Lift
Lift is a young Reshi girl who calls herself a master thief and slips into the Bronze Palace of Azimir with a crew of housebreakers.
With her goes Wyndle, a fussy spren of creeping vines and crystal whom others seem unable to see, and whom she teases as her pet Voidbringer. She calls the strange power that makes her hand glow and her seeds sprout into vines strong enough to pop a window open her awesomeness, and it runs thin when she is hungry. Raised in Rall Elorim, called the City of Shadows, she has never seen her mother's islands, and she hopes she has left behind Darkness, a dead-eyed man in black and silver.
