A knight in King Maegor I's service who won Harrenhal in a bloody melee at Lord Harroway's Town.
After King Maegor I Targaryen destroyed House Harroway, who had held Harrenhal, he decreed that the castle would go to his finest knight. Ser Walton Towers won a bloody melee fought in the streets of Lord Harroway's Town and took the prize. His family held Harrenhal for two generations before the line ended, after which King Jaehaerys I Targaryen granted the castle to Lyonel Strong.
