Vhagar

Vhagar was one of the three dragons that carried Aegon the Conqueror and his sisters to Westeros, and Fire and Blood records her long life. She hatched on Dragonstone during the Century of Blood and was named for a god of old Valyria; Visenya Targaryen claimed her before she wed her brother. Huge and ferocious already at the Conquest, she was quarrelsome and aggressive even by the measure of her kind, and her roar was said to shake the foundations of Storm's End. She and Visenya broke the Arryn fleet in the waters off Gulltown, and at the Field of Fire all three Targaryen dragons took the sky together for the only time. She carried Visenya over the Vale, where the boy king Ronnel Arryn begged a ride upon her back, and she fought through the First Dornish War. In age she was among the largest dragons living, and after Visenya she bore two more riders, Laena Velaryon and Aemond Targaryen.
