Lady Rohanne Webber held Coldmoat and the lands of House Webber in the reign of King Aerys I, the daughter of Lord Wyman Webber. She was a small woman, barely four feet eleven, with red gold hair worn in a long braid and green eyes, and she worked hard at seeming fiercer to lords and knights than her size allowed. Four husbands had already been buried when her father's will gave her two years to find a fifth, failing which Coldmoat would pass to her cousin Ser Wendell. Her neighbours in the Reach called her the Red Widow and said the fault was hers. Suitors came all the same.
