Osha is a wildling woman from beyond the Wall. Tall, with shaggy dark hair, she knows the woods, the use of a spear and the ways of the old gods. She came south of the Wall with a band led by Stiv, a deserter of the Night's Watch, was taken captive, and was set to work in the kitchens at Winterfell. She is shrewd, watchful and handy in a fight, and she can speak of things beyond the Wall that the maesters of the south dismiss, giants and the children of the forest among them.
