Lord Ormund Baratheon held Storm's End through the reigns of Aegon V and Jaehaerys II Targaryen, and served the latter as Hand of the King. He was son and heir to Lord Lyonel Baratheon, who had risen in rebellion against Aegon V, and when that quarrel was settled Aegon's youngest daughter Rhaelle was betrothed to him and sent to live at Storm's End. They married in 245 AC and their son Steffon was born a year later.
