Hizdahr zo Loraq, fourteenth of that name, is a Ghiscari nobleman of Meereen. He is very rich, a merchant and an owner of fighting pits, and he traces his descent from such figures of Ghiscari memory as Mazdhan the Magnificent, Hazrak the Handsome and Zharaq the Liberator. He is tall and slender, with flawless amber skin and red-black hair dressed up into wings. Ambitious and smoothly persuasive, he has a keen eye for the divisions of his city.
