The Bone Mountains, called Krazaaj Zasqa by the Dothraki, are the tallest and most extensive range in the known world, dwarfing anything Westeros has to offer. They run the length of eastern Essos from the Shivering Sea in the north to the Jade Sea in the south, more than three thousand miles east of Westeros and beyond the Dothraki Sea and the Red Waste. Maps mark the northernmost stretch as the Realm of Jhogwin, and the foothills along the northeastern side as the Howling Hills.
