Isaac Hale
Isaac Hale is the son of the wealthiest farmer in the village where Feyre Archeron and her family live.
Isaac Hale and Feyre meet in an ancient barn outside the village, in stolen hours. Those hours are hungry, empty, and sometimes cruel, and neither of them pretends the arrangement is anything more than what it is.
His father's wealth sets him apart from most of the village, where Feyre's family scrapes by in a cottage on the edge of poverty. Whatever interest he showed in Feyre, it has not led toward marriage; he is reportedly planning to wed a girl from Greenfield village for her dowry, and their meetings in the barn continue regardless.
